BODY FLOW
BODY FLOW is my author program which I designed to enhance your body's plasticity, flexibility, coordination, and overall awareness. With BODY FLOW, you'll develop graceful lines, and your posture will thank you.
This course is created to help you bring your body plasticity to a totally next level. In every class you will have different exercises to nail your isolations, balance, mobility and to work on all nuances of your body. Get ready to feel yourself lighter, stronger, more flexible! Do not forget that only regular training can bring the best result! Access to the course is open for 60 days.
Class 1: balance, muscle activation exersices, chest mobility and isolations
Class 2: upper part stretching, coordination, smooth floor transitions, back mobility and isolations
Class 3: balance, hips mobility, isolations, coordination exercises
Class 4: full body awakening flow, exercises on coordination and smooth transitions, arms movements
